If the default item label price is not the desired price level...

In order to print the item label with a different price level go to Transactions -> Management -> Print Checks and Forms, Select Item Labels, and choose the price level

If a single price level other than the base price level is always used on the items labels and the ability to print the labels from the item detail screen is desired a hack can be used to override the price. Modify the default item label in Customization -> Forms -> Transaction Form PDF Layouts. Set the size of the price field to 0 width and height. Add a custom element and set the Element Text to {pricelevelXX}. Replace XX with the internal id of the desired price level defined in Setup -> Accounting Lists.
